Patient Navigation Experience

In late 2022, I joined Vet Radar to reduce its annualized churn rate down from 22% to 13% in a year. The app designed for busy vet nurses, faced usability problems threatening the product’s growth and sustainability.

A software engineer and I competed and won IDEXX's company-wide annual hackathon "Innovate." What’s NeXX is an AI-empowered mobile application designed for nurse scheduling and prioritization.

At Vet Radar (acquired by IDEXX),I worked on enterprise B2B SaaS for hospitals, which consisted of complex workflows and high-stake use cases. I did end-to-end product design from research to delivery.
